If for any reason you aren’t happy with your order and want to organise a return, you must notify us via email within 14 days of taking delivery of Your Product and request a return under this Policy.
To qualify to return an item under this Policy, Products must be returned in a resellable condition (unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags & labels still attached) and in its original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way by You during the time the Product is in your possession. The Product is deemed to be in your possession until the Product is received by us pursuant to this Policy.
“Proof of Purchase” is required for all refunds or exchanges. Any free promotional items must be returned along with your order.
- We are unable to offer refund or exchanges on sale items unless they are faulty or wrongly described. Additional non-returnable items are: gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Our Returns Policy does not apply to products that have been worn or washed or are not returned with original receipt, packaging, tags and labels.
- Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order (including delivery address, change of colors and sizes, or removing items) after the order is shipped. Please ensure all details provided are fully completed and correct at the time of your order.
All refunds will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items. For exchange, please inform us of the style, size and color that you prefer. In some cases, your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time we received your item of return. If your requested replacement is not available, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment (e.g. credit card).
Please note that if you return an item, you will need to cover the cost of postage. We suggest using a trackable postage option as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Occasionally, packages can take a little while to get back to us, so please allow up to 30 days for us to process your return from the time you send your goodies. In order to speed up the refund process, please write your order number on the returned package. We’ll be doing our best to credit your account as soon as we received your returned item.
